Check-in time – after 2pm – earlier by prior arrangement.
Check-out – 10am (NSW time) – later by prior arrangement (fee applies).
Cot are available (booking required).
Deposits – 1 nights accommodation is required to confirm a reservation ($300 peak season).
The balance of payment must be made in full on check-in (Peak Season – full payment is required prior to arrival). Management reserves the right to cancel Peak Season bookings not paid in full prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Stays cut short due to weather or illness – no refund. Confirmed bookings will only be held 24 hrs after arrival date – unless by prior arrangement. Cancellation notices are required in writing or by email. Management reserves the right to change or reallocate cabin numbers when necessary.
Low & Mid Season Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing over 30 days prior to arrival – full refund less $50 administration fee. Cancellations received in writing less than 30 days prior to arrival – no refund on deposit.
Peak Season Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing with more than 90 days notice will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received in writing with less than 90 days notice but more than 30 days notice will be refunded 50% of deposit less a $50 administration fee. Cancellation received in writing with less than 30 days notice will forfeit the deposit. Any balance monies will only be refunded (less a $50 administration fee) once the cabin is resold.
Off Season – All year round excluding mid season & high season
Mid Season – NSW School Holidays
Peak Season – Easter (Thursday before Easter – Easter Monday), Christmas (Friday before Christmas to Sunday at least 1 week after New Year)
